Let's start with a sweet dish....

 

Vermicelli kheer


Ingredients:-
1) 2 tbsp ghee( you can use oil of your choice)
2) 1 small cup vermicelli
3) Sugar
4) 1/2 litre milk - full cream or toned               (anything available)
5) Few dry Fruits
6) A pinch of cardamom powder



Process:-
1) First take a pan put ghee/ oil and heat it. Then fry the dry fruits and take it out in a separate bowl.
2) put vermicelli in the hot ghee and mix till golden brown.
3) add milk to vermicelli and let it boil. When the vermicelli becomes soft add sugar as per your taste.
4) Add cardamom powder and mix well.
5 ) Let it cool and garnish with dry fruits



Preparation Time :-10 -15 minutes
