 INSTANT GREEN CHILLI PICKLE/ 

CHATPATA HARI MIRCHI KA ACHAAR



INGREDIENTS:-

Fresh green chillies

Ginger (Grated)

Vinegar

Lemon juice

Asafoetida

Turmeric powder

Pickle powder/ Aachar masala

Salt as per taste

Mustard oil



PROCESS:-

1) Take fresh green chilies, wash it and pat dry so that there is no water.

2) Now, cut it into small pieces.

3) Squeeze and strain the lemon juice.

4) Add in turmeric powder, aachar masala and required amount of salt, hing to cut green chillies and grated ginger

5) Add lemon juice, vinegar. 

6) Finally, add mustard oil and mix everything. 

7) Transfer it to a glass jar. 

8) Keep it in sunlight for 2 days. (Optional) 

7) Chatpata tangy green chilli pickle is ready to be served with any Indian dish. 


NB:

1) If the chillies are very spicy, remove the seeds while cutting. 
2) Carrot pieces can be added, it gives a sweet taste to pickle.
