BAINGAN KA BHARTA





Ingredients:-

  1. Brinjal/ Baingan

  2. Chopped onions/ pyaaz

  3. Grated ginger/ adrak

  4. Chopped chillies/ mirchi

  5. Coriander/ dhaniya

  6. cumin seeds/ Jeera

  7. mustard seeds/ sarson

  8. Curry leaves/ curry patta

  9. garlic/ lehsun

  10. Milk/ doodh

Process :-

  1. Roast the brinjal.

  2. Take out the outer crust and separate the pulp

  3. In a bowl, mash the pulp of brinjal and add the onions, ginger, chillies & coriander. Mix it properly.

  4. Add half cup of hot boiled milk and mix.

  5. Make a tempering and add it to the mixture. Mix it and it is ready.
