BAINGAN KA BHARTA
Ingredients:-
Brinjal/ Baingan
Chopped onions/ pyaaz
Grated ginger/ adrak
Chopped chillies/ mirchi
Coriander/ dhaniya
cumin seeds/ Jeera
mustard seeds/ sarson
Curry leaves/ curry patta
garlic/ lehsun
Milk/ doodh
Process :-
Roast the brinjal.
Take out the outer crust and separate the pulp
In a bowl, mash the pulp of brinjal and add the onions, ginger, chillies & coriander. Mix it properly.
Add half cup of hot boiled milk and mix.
Make a tempering and add it to the mixture. Mix it and it is ready.
